Former Data Integrator Tool Suite

Dear visitor,

you have reached the former home page of the Data Integration (Dintor) tool suite that consisted of more than thirty modules ready for use by bioinformaticians and biologists working in genomics research. The project was developed by researchers from the Institute for Biomedicine at Eurac Research between 2011 and 2015.

We regret to inform you that the service has been shut down after ten years of online presence due to high maintenance costs. Internally, we are still using parts of the tool suite, so if you are interested in working with a dedicated module, please contact the former project lead and current maintainer of the resource.
